We will help you each step of the way and encourage you to do the selection giving constant feedback before visiting them. In addition we will do a deep search in the areas of interest to find the best matches that are not listed online or trough agencies.
All of this will be done without you needing to make the calls for the properties or take costly trips to the island just the get the preliminary information about them.
Appointments and property visits
Once we have selected the properties of interest we will take care of setting up the appointments for the first visits taking care of setting everything up weather we have a property from an agency or directly from the owner.
The property visits will be done in an efficient and well organized time frame so as to make sure that the properties selected can be seen in a very short window limiting the possibility of them being sold before inspection.
