  • 5 Properties Package: 500 € – Valid for 3 months; perfect for focused searches with detailed feedback on up to 5 selected properties.

Real estate agents costs

We collaborate exclusively with authorized real estate agencies, even for private sellers, to ensure a safe, transparent, and professional process for you, the buyer.

Although it might seem simpler to deal directly with the owner, agencies add an essential layer of protection: they verify documents, provide standardized contracts, and are legally accountable in case of problems.

These costs are managed by the agency and amount to 4%(+taxes) of the purchase price, paid directly by you as the buyer to ensure professional handling of the buying process and transaction.

Geometra costs

The geometra verification is an optional step you can choose if you want a professional double-check of all property documents and technical aspects for added peace of mind.

We facilitate the entire process, coordinating with a trusted geometra, but the fixed cost is paid directly by you to the professional (this is a fixed price + the small municipality tax for the access to the information).

This ensures complete transparency, allowing you to decide when and if you need this extra layer of assurance.
